Investment Options

Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF)

Sustainable Growth Fund focuses to enhance the quality of services provided for education, health, employment and infrastructure. The investors can contribute to the fund by donating minimum of US$ 150,000 (Limited time offer) up to 4 family members to obtain citizenship.
Applicants may qualify for citizenship through an investment in a pre-approved real estate project, which may include shares in hotels, villas, and condominium units. The minimum real estate investment required is US$200,000 (resalable after 7 years) or US$400,000 (resalable after 5 years) for each main applicant.
